Tenby South Beach

Tenby South Beach is a large sandy beach in Pembrokeshire and is fantastic setting for a Fun Family Day out.

Your family will love Tenby South Beach as it stretches for a mile and a half across coast and is backed by soft sand dunes and is perfect for flying kites and building sand castles.

At low tide the beach joins up with Castle Beach and at high tides the sand slopes gently into the sea so swimming is safe and there are no rocks or deep ledges to avoid.

The northern side of Tenby South Beach is where you will find the toilets and a car park. Also during the summer months you can hire deckchairs to relax on and you can keep the kids happy with the ice cream van that’s always here.

There is a lifeguard patrol on this beach so that families can visit with full peace of mind. Dogs are allowed at the far end of the beach all year round.
