  • Millennium Coastal Park

    The award-winning Millennium Coastal Park in Carmarthenshire has thousands of visitors each year and was created to celebrate the turn of the new millennium and was funded by the National Lottery, Carmarthenshire County Council, the former Welsh Development Agency, and the Welsh Assembly and the European Union.

  • Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park

    Mynydd Mawr Woodland Park in Carmarthenshire is a former colliery which has been regenerated as a mix of broadleaved woodland and grassland which is home to a diverse collection of wildlife.

  • Dinefwr

    Dinefwr is a National Nature Reserve, which is also home to a historic house and 18th-century landscape park, enclosing a medieval deer park and Castle.

  • Carmarthen Park

    Carmarthen Park is a lovely large park with plenty of open grass areas and it holds lots of family friendly events throughout the year.

    Meidrim Park in Carmarthenshire was updated a few years ago is enjoyed by many of the local families.

  • Pembrey Country Park

    Pembrey Country Park is one of Wales’s Top Visitor attractions providing a unique blend of coast and countryside all in one place. The Park includes 500 acres of woodland and eight miles of golden sands, making it a perfect family day out.

  • Parc Howard Llanelli Carmarthenshire

    Parc Howard is 24 acres of parkland, north of the town centre of Llanelli in Carmarthenshire. Once owed by the Howard family, it was gifted to Llanelli in 1912 and still to this day continues to be embraced and enjoyed by the tens of thousands who visit the parkland every year.

  • Llyn Llech Owain Country Park

    Llyn Llech Owain Country Park is a lovely park near Gorlas, which is made up of 158 acres of land. It has lake in the centre with peat bog and some woodland surrounding it. This is a special place which is actually a designated a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) due to it’s rare habitat.

  • Adventure Playground at Pembrey Carmarthenshire

    Hidden in the forest at Pembrey Country Park there are two large adventure playgrounds, that all the kids will love to spend hours at.
