These weekly Dance sessions are a perfect way to learn through play, at Ceridwen Centre

These classes run as a block of five sessions on various Wednesdays throughout the year. They provide an immersion in movement and activates different parts of body, engaging the brain, finding Co-ordination in motion, Sense of Time, Space, Force and Flow, Balance and Musicality
