REVIEW: Personalised Engraved Glasses by Class on Glass

Have you ever spent hours trolling the internet looking for that something a bit different as a present for your family, friend or colleague and by something different I don’t mean something like Sandle Socks or Unicorn Poo Bath Bombs! I mean something a bit classier that they will not only love but actually use.

Well I think we might have found something that ticks all the right boxes

Last week the man of the house was sent an engraved pint glass and asked if we could share our honest opinion of it, which when unwrapped we were over the moon to do.

We were sent a Pint Glass with a Funky Highland Cow engraved on it and personalised just for Daddy. To be fair the quality of the glass was fab and the detail on the engraving was so well done.

This glass was engraved by Class on Glass and they do loads of different glass styles including Pint Glasses, Wine Glasses, Champagne Flutes, Gin Glasses, Whiskey Glasses and even Cocktails Glasses.

They have loads of designs you can pick from in the online shop however they will also make custom designs for you and all can be personalised with different names or sayings, which we thought is something pretty unique as you can truly design something very specific for the person you are buying it for.

The Really Special Thing About these Glasses

Aside from how awesome these personalised engraved glasses are, it’s when we learnt about how for every glass that is sold a £2 donation is made to a children’s heart charity that made us fall in love with them a little bit more.

About the Charity

The children’s heart charity that donations are made to is called Little Hearts Matter and is a national UK charity, offering help to anyone affected by the diagnosis of single ventricle heart condition, from the initial antenatal diagnosis, through treatments and into life at home.

The charity works with children, young adults and families to reduce isolation, fear and lack of understanding created when a child is diagnosed as having half a working heart.

Why This Charity?

We always love to support Family run businesses and this one has the family at its core, as the reason that the charity Little Hearts Matter is supported by every Glass bought is due to the owner’s eldest son having hypoplastic left heart syndrome. The left side of his heart never formed, and his condition was not picked up until the thirty-eight-week scan, which saw him undergo heart surgery at just three days old, five months old and the last one five years ago.

So as the saying goes it’s a charity that is close this family’s heart and a reason why they want to give back, to make sure the charity Little Hearts Matter can continue to do their fab work with families that need them.

If you want to read more about the Mum behind Class on Glass and her Family’s journey then you can in the blog on her website Here, which is also where you can look at all the different glasses designs and purchase them as well.

So, our end thoughts on these glasses have to be not only are they a fab way to design something very personal between you and the person you are buying for, but they are actually The perfect gift, that gives the perfect gift as they donate to such a lovely charity.
