Dates When All Benefits will be Paid Over Christmas 2020

Feeling the pinch over Christmas and eager to know when you will be getting your Child Tax Credits and Other Benefits Payments over Christmas 2020, we have all the dates you need here.

Its worth being aware that due to three bank holidays over the Christmas period, some payments will be made earlier if they’re due between 24th December 2020 and 4th January 2021.

 

Tax Credits Christmas Payment Dates

These are the dates for both Working Tax and Child Tax Credits

Monday 28th December 2020 - Thursday 24th December 2020

Friday 1st January 2021 - Thursday 31st December 2020

Monday 4th January 2021 - Monday 4th January 2021

 

Child Benefit Christmas Payment Dates

Your Child Benefit payment is usually paid early if it’s due on a bank holiday. This Christmas the only change to Child Benefit payments is if you are due to be paid on Monday 28^th December 2020 which will mean you will get payment on Thursday 24^th December 2020 instead.
