The colour run that is also known as ‘happiest 5k in Pontarddulais’ is a unique colour run that celebrates healthiness happiness and individuality.
Come along and Run walk skip dance round the course. Join in the Zumba with Andy warm up
Colour participants start the day in a white t-shirt, getting covered in a rainbow of colours around the course. You don’t even have to run? You can choose to run, walk, skip or dance your way around the course. It’s all about the fun and what gives you the biggest smiles!
This is our 3rd time running this event and is getting more and more popular every year! The funds raised from the event will make such a difference as we are putting the money raised from this event back into the community facilities. We are looking to improve the facilities in the park for the Football Club as they are pretty poor at the moment.
