This is the only Family Friendly Tour Stradey Castle does throughout the year, so it’s a fab opportunity to visit over the May Half Term.
This Heritage Tour allows you to visit Stradey Castle and learn all about its fascinating history. Stradey, which has been in the Mansel Lewis family for five generations, is one of the finest Mid-Victorian houses in South Wales. The House contains a fine collection of Victorian art collected by Charles William Mansel Lewis, who was himself a fine artist.
Heritage Tours will nearly always be conducted by the present owner – Patrick Mansel Lewis – and must be pre-booked
It is also possible to explore the large collection of trees and shrubs in the Woodland Garden, so you should also bring appropriate footwear.
