Fishguard Bay Ocean Race is FBOR'19 - a major downwind ocean Ski, SUP and OC race along Pembrokeshire’s wild and beautiful north coast
The race will start from Goodwick Parrog near Fishguard and finishing 17km of big Atlantic rollers later on the broad and welcoming beach at Newport Sands.
In this race, elite paddlers from the UK and beyond will be vying to show their extreme fitness, boat-handling and seamanship skills, to win this “black-belt,” no-holds-barred ocean race.

Starting on Goodwick Beach, 4km to Pen Anglas, an entirely exposed 10km open-sea section that, at half way, skims close by the cliffs, reefs and tidal overfalls of Dinas Head, finally rounding rugged Cerrig Edrywy and sprinting the final 1.5 km to finish between the flags on Newport Sands Beach (below the Surf Lifesaving Club)
