Throughout the school summer holidays you can enjoy a Living History event with Historia Normannis at Cilgerran Castle that explore the days of the Normans in Wales.

This event will bring history to life in an historically accurate, engaging and exciting way.

Seeing, feeling and hearing first hand aspects of the lives and deaths of 12th century people, knights, freemen, craftsmen, ladies of the court and Barons of the Realm.

Activities throughout both days.

The Castle is open from 10am until 5pm and this event is on from 11am until 4pm



The Event is Free however Normal Entry Prices still apply

Normal Entry Prices are:

Adult     £4.20
Child      £2.50
Family   £12.20
