Lots of basic advice and help to get you back on your bike. There will be bike mechanics on hand to help with simple adjustments. Competitions, refreshments and more.

Actif Sir Gar will attend with toggle bikes and balance bikes for toddlers and preschool so bring along your little ones to have a try. They will be holding toggle and balance bike sessions with younger children and also set up a course for older children.
Members from Pembrey Burry Port Rock painting group will be with us to give you lots of hints and tips…if you have your own rocks please bring along.
