To celebrate St David’s Day, Swansea Market is taking part in the Croeso Food and Drink Festival with loads of Family Friendly activities for you to enjoy
As the home of some of the finest produce in Wales and delicious dishes, at Swansea Market we’ll be focusing on food as part of the Croeso Food and Drink Festival
You can expect to Enjoy:
A series of cookery demonstrations - Hosted by Masterchef finalist, Imran Nathoo, the event will feature local chefs Helen Wilson, Sian Day and Rob Bowen, Ragsy and Dirty Vegan Matt Pritchard.

Swansea Market will welcome professional chefs into the centre of the Market for cookery demonstrations and a Q and A session in the Following Order:
10.15am Colin Lewis - Head Chef at The Cliff in Southgate, Colin joins us to show us his skills.
11.15am Helen Wilson, Vegan Chef - Plant-based chef Helen Wilson has spent the last 12 years promoting, teaching and creating vegan food and was the head chef at Swansea’s first vegan cafe, Urban Zen.
12.15pm Nerys Howell, Howell Food Consultancy - Nerys has years of experience working in the food, drink and hospitality industry. And is the author of ‘Wales on a Plate’ – a bilingual book of traditional and contemporary recipes.
1.15pm: Sian Day and Rob Bowen, Both from Swansea they were the Channel 4’s ‘My Kitchen Rules’ 2017 Semi-Finalists
2pm Matt Pritchard, ‘Dirty Vegan’ Book Q & A - The ex-presenter of the cult TV show ‘Dirty Sanchez’, hosted of the BBC’s first ever vegan cookery programme and author of ‘Dirty Vegan’
3pm: Ragsy - Food lover, The Voice Series 2 finalist, singer-songwriter, presenter and owner of over 150 Welsh cookery books.
