Swansea Council Fireworks: A Night to Remember

Remember the fun on Swansea Beach? Well, this iconic Swansea Council Fireworks event is changing venues again! The council is taking it back to the good ol’ St Helen’s Ground and yes, it’s also going back to being a ticketed event as well.

Lights, Camera, Action!

Gates swing open at 5pm, and what better way to make an entrance than to a movie-themed serenade from the Penclawdd Brass Band? The pre-show kicks off at 5.30pm, featuring glow entertainers, walkabout acts, and performances that’ll make you feel like you’re on a Hollywood set.

A Star-Studded Cast

The kids will be starstruck! Expect surprise visits from Barbie, Spider-Man, Batman with his Batmobile, Wonder Woman, and even Star Wars faves like Boba Fett and Darth Vader. And shhh… we’ve heard that some dinosaurs from Jurassic Park might also roam around.

Fireworks and Film Scores

At 7pm, the main event lights up the Swansea sky. Imagine fireworks choreographed to your favourite movie tunes! It’s going to be, in a word, epic.

Munch and Crunch

You won’t go hungry; there’ll be plenty of food and drink vendors on-site. So yes, you can totally have that cinematic experience with popcorn and soda.
