About the Farm
The College farms 344 hectares in the fertile Tywi Valley, 3 miles from Llandeilo and 14 miles from Carmarthen. The focus is milk production from grass. There are 500 milking cows split into two herds. There is also a small beef enterprise and a flock of breeding ewes. Gelli Aur is also home to the Agricultural Research Centre.
