There is a lovely swimming pool inside Fishguard Leisure Centre, which also has a sauna. There is a Main Pool and Learner Pool. Aside from swimming sessions, you can enjoy Aqua fit classes, swimming and lifesaving lessons here. Swimming Lessons are available for both Adults and Chilren throughout the week and the is Splah Babies Swiming Lessons for Babies on Mondays from 11am until 12noon
