Picking the right Baby Name for your little is such a hard but precious task. Baby names are different across the world, for cultural and for religious reasons. However, the Office for National Statistics (ONS) analysis shows that names given to babies differ even by local authority within England and Wales.
Last year there was 17,000 more boys than girls born and as there are so many different names to choose from that the most popular names are only ever given to a small number of babies overall, but it does mean they are still the top most popular!
