Llanelli Beach is a large sand beach and there is no lifeguard service here. You are allowed to take your dogs on the beach, but obviously, you must remember to scoop the poop.
This is the perfect local beach for kite flying and there are some great facilities such as toilets, café which sells the best carrot cake and an awesome ice cream kiosk. There are plenty grass areas for a family picnic and there is a fancy children’s play area that the kids can burn off some energy off in. The play area is next to the pay and display car park so no need to hike too far!
