St. Ishmael Beach in Carmarthenshire is a very secluded beach, mostly shingle but there are some Sand patches. There are some lovely views over Carmarthen Bay.
The closest parking is in the village of St Ishmael, which is about half a mile from the beach. Then you can only access the beach by heading across fields or along the coastal path, because of this remote location the beach has no lifeguard services or any other facilities. You are allowed to take your dogs on the Beach.
