St Brides Haven Beach

St Brides Haven Beach is a dinky little beach that is a sandy beach with pebbles in Pembrokeshire and although maybe not a spot for a full day of family fun, it’s definitely on e worth a visit with the kids.

St Brides Haven beach is in a lovely quiet spot overlooking St Brides Bay and Won the Seaside Awards Rural Award in 2016.

This is the perfect beach for rock pooling with the kids or even a bit of sea fishing. It is also popular as a diving spot; however, caution must be given to watch the currents here if you do plan to do this activity or swimming with the family

You can drive fairly close to the beach as it is found at the end of a dead-end road and there’s space to park around 20 cars at the front of St Bridget’s Church on the grass, walking down a path to the beach and just up from the church is public toilets set within a pretty wild flowers area.

Managed by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, this beach does make a fab picnic spot to take the family to as well and there are even picnic tables just behind the beach on a grassy area near a pretty little stream.

There is no lifeguard service here and no overnight camping allowed, although dogs are allowed here all year round.
