The UK’s largest Beach Yoga Series is back, and you can enjoy it with the family on Swansea Bay, South Wales.

This is our Monday night Family Yoga Class, which also takes place by the Observatory Tower on Swansea Bay, led by Nicola Lockhart, of Lockhart Yoga, Yoga in association with Womankind Yoga.

Nicola is a yoga teacher and mother of three teenagers, with a passion for sharing yoga to help improve health and lifestyle, with using authentic yoga. She is trained in children’s yoga.

This class runs every Monday but is weather dependent. Announcements about weather and if the class is going ahead are made on Womankind Yoga Facebook every Monday morning.

Meet by observatory tower, left hand end of Swansea bay. Walk along the front from the Library or Meridian Tower (Grape and Olive).
