How to Make Real Fruit Ice Lollies

The way we make all our Real Fruit Ice Lollies is always the same regardless of what fruit we use in them.

Wash all the fruit

The fruit we just want the juice from we put into our juice extractor. We use a juice extractor as you don’t have to waste time peeling your fruit you can literally just chuck them in and it squeezes the juice into one compartment and leave the pulp into another.  

Once you have the amount of juice you want pour it into the blended, We use a Nutri Bullet as its so easy to use, clean and store

Then add the fruit you want to mix in with the juice and blend until the thickness you want.

Pour your All Real Fruit Liquid into your Ice Lolly Moulds we found a good one on Amazon. It makes 10 lollies and is made out of silicone. It comes with a lid so the liquid doesn’t go everywhere and stops anything falling into it and it comes with a heap of wooden sticks. 

Then Place your lollies into the Freezer it couldn’t be simpler. The kids love them and its such an easy way to get them to eat a load of just fruit, with no artificial colourings or flavourings. And no extra sugars just all natural goodness.
