To get started, simply print and cut out the 15 Halloween-themed pictures included in the scavenger hunt. You don’t have to use all 15—feel free to adjust the difficulty by using as many or as few as you like. Next, print out as many scavenger hunt sheets as you need, depending on how many players will be taking part.
Once your scavenger hunt materials are ready, hide the Halloween pictures around your house or garden in spots that correspond to the clues on the hunt sheet. For example, the skeleton picture can be hidden next to other white items, making it a fun challenge for your kids to find the correct spots. Be creative with the hiding places to make the game more engaging!
When everything is set up, send the kids off on their spooky adventure! Their goal is to find all the hidden Halloween pictures and answer the corresponding questions on their scavenger hunt sheets. Once they’ve completed the hunt, they return the sheet to you for marking.
You can reward all participants with small treats for completing the scavenger hunt correctly, or if you prefer, give a special treat to the first person to finish.
