Price
Library membership is free and there is no cost to borrow books, use computers nor to use any reference resources.
How to Join
You can join the library either in person at any one of Swansea’s 17 Libraries or to save time complete an online form.
If you join online, you only get a temporary barcode which is valid for three months, you will then need to visit your chosen library within the 3 months with your temporary barcode and one proof of identity which shows your name and address to receive your library card and full membership.
All children under 16 will need their parent’s signature on the joining form and will also need their permission to use the computers in the libraries.
