Aberavon Fun Day and Firework Display

This event has been cancelled until 26th October 2024 due to continued rainfall and this event being held on a grass area. 

Looking for the perfect treat for the family this Bonfire night why not head along to the Aberavon Fun Day and Firework Display, scheduled to take place this November. As always, it promises a day filled to the brim with excitement, entertainment, and of course, a spectacular firework show that will light up the night sky.

With a date change from late October to early November due to the weather, this event will unfold on the lush grass area situated directly opposite Hollywood Park. So, easy to get for a day of unlimited fun and laughter.

Dinosaur Show Arena

Calling all dinosaur enthusiasts! Prepare to be amazed with three unique dinosaur shows happening at 2.30pm, 4pm, and 6.30pm. You won’t just see one dino as you’ll encounter different dinosaurs at every show. It’s a palaeontologist’s dream come true!

Character Meet and Greet

Your little ones will be jumping for joy as they get to meet and greet some of their favourite characters. From CoComelon’s JJ at 2.35pm to Stitch and Angel at 3.45pm, not to mention Mario and Luigi at 4.45pm, the fun just never stops! Oh, and did we mention Peppa Pig and Gabby from Gabby’s Dollhouse at 2pm, and Poppy from Trolls at 3.15pm – Don’t forget to bring your cameras!

Large Funfair

If rides and stalls are your jam, then the large funfair is your playground! From the Fast rides to sweet treats stalls, there’s something for everyone. You can’t have a fun day without a funfair, can you?

Free Entertainment

What’s better than an afternoon filled with top-notch entertainment? Free afternoon entertainment, that’s what! There will be plenty to keep the kid’s spirits high.

The Big Fireworks Display

As dusk turns to night, this fab free event will be wrapped up with the grand finale: a jaw-dropping firework display that promises to be bigger and better than ever before! So gather around as the night sky is set ablaze with colours and sparkles.
