Tregaron Christmas Lights Switch On

Get ready to embrace the magic of the festive season with the Tregaron Christmas Lights Switch On! Taking place on 6th December from 6.30pm to 8.30pm in the heart of Tregaron Square, this free, family-friendly event is the perfect way to kick off your Christmas celebrations.

The highlight of the night will be the official switch-on of the Christmas tree lights by Cllr Catherine Hughes, Chair of Tregaron Town Council. Adding to the festivities, families can join in with an evening of carol singing, spreading joy and warmth throughout the community. The sound of classic Christmas tunes will echo through the streets, creating a cosy, heartwarming atmosphere that’s perfect for getting everyone into the holiday mood.

Tregaron itself will be a sight to behold, with local businesses and homes decking the town in festive decorations. To ensure everyone’s safety, road closures will be in place around Tregaron Square from 6pm on 5th December until 10am on 7th December. While this might mean a slight detour, it ensures a safe and enjoyable event for all attending.
