Tenby’s Pumpkin Patch

Tenby’s Pumpkin Patch is a family run pumpkin patch in its sixth year of growing pumpkins. Children can pick their own from the field, with thousands to choose from in all sorts of sizes, colours and shapes, and with a bit of luck they might spot some pigs and sheep too. Suitable footwear is a good idea.

The weatherproof Halloween themed barn is full of more pumpkins and photo opportunities, and it’s wheelchair and pram friendly. There’s also a pumpkin cannon for firing small pumpkins at a ghostly target, and new for 2026 is the maize maze.

The Snack Patch sells hot chocolate, coffee, tea and fresh crepes. It’s fun for all ages.

About Tenby’s Pumpkin Patch

Tenby’s Pumpkin Patch is on the B road from Tenby to Sageston, opposite the turning to Gumfreston church. The entrance is via a single track lane, so take care as you turn off the main road.

Opening Dates and Times

Tenby’s Pumpkin Patch opened on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October and is open every weekend throughout October. Saturdays are 10am to 7pm and Sundays are 10am to 5pm, with Fridays from 5.30pm to 9pm. During October half term, it’s open daily from 10am to 7pm. There’s no need to book, just turn up.

Pricing

Entry to the pumpkin patch is free, and so is the maize maze, so you simply pay for the pumpkins you pick. The pumpkin cannon is £3 for one go or £7 for three goes. Treats from the Snack Patch are paid for separately, so bring a little extra for hot chocolate and crepes. It’s good value for a family day out.
