Pwmpenni Pendre Pumpkins is a family run pick your own pumpkin farm near Aberystwyth, with a good variety of pumpkins and squashes in all shapes and sizes. Look out for orange, mellow yellow, ghostly white and knucklehead types.
In a normal year, a large shed is packed with activities to keep all ages entertained, from pedal tractors and sandpits to construction play, small world play and craft activities. It is an outdoor farm and the weather can be unpredictable, so bring wellies and raincoats.
Important 2026 Update: after the dry summer, the pumpkin crop has been affected and fewer pumpkins have grown, so the patch will not open as it has in previous years in 2026. The farm is thinking of opening for one weekend only in October, with access to the field only and no activities in the shed. They will confirm on their Facebook page, so check there before you set off.

Opening Times and Prices
In a normal year, the patch is open at weekends throughout October from 9.30am, with three extra days during half term (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) from 10am. For 2026, any opening is limited to the possible single weekend mentioned above, so times and prices for that are to be confirmed.
