LC Swansea Soft Play

The LC Swansea soft play area is a four storey aquatic themed indoor play centre in Swansea, and one of the most impressive set-ups in the region. Built around an underwater adventure theme, children can explore an aquatic maze of slides, bridges, ball pits and sensory equipment that triggers special effects as they play.

The main play frame has four tiers to explore, including four Battle Cannons, a ball shower and a third floor extension called Run the Risk that overhangs the parents’ area. There is also a dedicated area for under 3s where babies and toddlers can play safely, and unique sensory equipment for little ones who want something a bit different.

Socks must be worn at all times on the equipment, and jewellery and sharp objects must be removed before entering. Sessions last one hour and pre-booking is strongly advised to avoid disappointment. The maximum height for the play equipment is 1.4m and the maximum age is 12.

The LC also runs Quiet Time SEND sessions designed to be calmer and more inclusive for children with disabilities or autism, which is a really thoughtful addition. Birthday party packages are available too, with a maximum of 30 children per party.

Getting there is straightforward. St David’s multi-storey car park is the closest option and the venue is within walking distance of the nearest bus stop.
