Hangar 5 Trampoline Park

Hangar 5 in Pembrokeshire is Wales’ first trampoline park, and one of the most action-packed indoor activity venues in the region. With a massive trampoline arena, a dedicated soft play area and an on-site café, it genuinely has something for every age in the family, whatever the weather.

The trampoline arena covers around 10,000 square feet of interconnected trampolines, with angled walls, a dodgeball court, punch bags, roll-over platforms, a Time Attack course and a foam pit. Open sessions are suitable for ages 4 and above, with family sessions running daily between 10am and 12pm for younger children. All new bouncers must complete a waiver before arriving, which is easiest to do online in advance.

The soft play area is a separate activity from the trampolines and is split into two sections, one for under 3s and one for under 8s. No adults are permitted inside the soft play and all children must be able to access all areas unaided. Soft play entry is £3 for under 3s and £5 for ages 3 to 8.

There is also an Early Bird Family Session offer during term time only. For £10, children aged 4 and under can bounce with an accompanying adult and also enjoy the soft play. Children aged 5 to 8 can bounce and use soft play for £10 without an adult.
