Phoenix Bowl and Pirate Pete’s Adventure Play

Phoenix Bowl in Milford Haven is Pembrokeshire’s only tenpin bowling alley, and a brilliant all-weather family destination with far more on offer than just bowling. From Pirate Pete’s soft play area to pool tables, an arcade, a sports bar and hot food served all day, it is the kind of place where you can easily spend a full day without running out of things to do.

The bowling alley has multiple modern lanes with automatic scoring, bumpers for younger players and shoe hire included in the lane price. It is fully accredited by the Ten-Pin Bowling Association of Wales and is the only venue in Wales capable of hosting international matches. UV Bowling nights run on Fridays and Saturdays with UV lights, glow-in-the-dark lanes and music, making it a great option for older children, teens and adults looking for something a bit different. Also heads up, bowling shoes are required for all guests so remember to bring socks!

Pirate Pete’s soft play area is dedicated to younger children, with climbing, sliding and exploring in a safe colourful environment. Soft surfaces, age-appropriate equipment and a comfortable viewing area for parents make it a relaxed experience for the whole family. Soft play is suitable for children up to 4ft 6 inches tall with no upper age limit. There is no time limit on sessions either, so you can stay as long as you like. Simply purchase a wristband from the Galley till on arrival at £3.50 per child.

The on-site food menu serves hot food all day including pizzas, spiral fries, burgers and snacks, plus hot drinks and slushies. The sports bar shows Sky Sports and TNT Sports for anyone wanting to catch live football, rugby or boxing alongside their visit.

The venue is fully accessible with designated disabled parking, ramps and full disabled access throughout. It is situated on the Milford Haven waterfront with parking available nearby. Walk-ins are welcome but booking ahead is recommended at weekends and during school holidays.
