Fantasy Farm Park in Llanrhystud is a working farm with plenty to keep the whole family busy. In the Animal Barn you can meet horses, donkeys, goats, sheep, alpacas, ferrets and pigs, with hands-on animal handling year round and seasonal lamb feeding sessions in spring.
Outside, there’s a play area with climbing frames, slides, sandpits and swings, plus pedal boats, crazy golf, coin-op tractors and a tractor and trailer ride out to the top fields. Small extra charges apply for the go karts (£4), Rodeo Bull (£2) and coin-op tractors (£1). Whatever the weather, the indoor Funhouse gives kids inflatables to play on while parents relax in the sofa and TV area, and the quarter-mile woodland Nature Trail is a lovely spot for a summer walk. There’s a café and shop for snacks and souvenirs, and you’re welcome to bring your own picnic to enjoy at the benches around the park.
